The idea was inspired by wholio's "Coming in the Rain" piece ([link]).
The reference photo ([link]) was of myself wearing a Nu-Rave inspired outfit for a school 'random dress' theme event.
*Note: I was originally intending to paint this in colours (as in the original photo), but decided to leave it as a monotone piece.
